Yeah I went across an old wooden bridge that's suspended across a valley and attached to the sides of two mountains. I didn't feel very safe, especially when I got to the center...there would have been nowhere to go! I didn't think things like that still existed but apparently I was wrong.

I also got a little scared driving across an old bridge in the mountains. It was also wooden, I just didn't know if it would ACTUALLY support a car and since it was over a river, I felt even more insecure about it.

The only time I've ever been scared going across a really supportive bridge was at Grandfather Mountain in NC, That's because it was really REALLY high up...and I'm a little afraid of heights.

If I am on a train thats another story I feel I have no control hahaha............

I think we all can get scared and worry but that saying goes worry when you have crossed that bridge ...................

It is always the fear of the unkown in life with any bridge you decide to cross you just have to hope for the best in Love, work, family and life............I remember one of the first things I did was cross a huge bridge when i started driving I was a trooper haha scared as hell of course i took the bottom of the bridge instead of the top but I actaully like driving on top its so much easier hahaha...................

Yes. I am scared of heights and to had to walk over a catwalk bridge between two platforms on a chemical plant about 150 feet above ground. It was only a few feet long and there was a handrail on each side. I was terrified but had no option but to cross it - it felt like I had run a mile when I reaached the other side.

When I was little, I used to have nightmares about walking across a bridge, and something giving way under my feet. I always woke up at that point.

Because of this, I have had a fear of walking across, or even near bridges. I grew up in NYC, there are a lot of bridges! I can ride over a bridge, and I am fine.

Last summer, my husband decided to try and help me get over this. We walked, arm in arm, across the Brooklyn Bridge.

For the first 50 feet or so, I was shaking uncontrollably, and trying really hard not to cry.

For the last 50 feet or so, I was laughing.

Nope. I'm not afraid of heights, and I've never really been scared to cross a bridge or anything like it.

i have not come upon a scarry bridge to cross yet ,i think i am told when you die you are asked to cross a chinvat bridge that is very scarry because if you slip you fall into hell but if you have done good deeds on the planet earth you will be allowed to get a good safe railing to hold on to and a friendly guide to take you home safely accross the bridge into heaven's gate ..
