Mine was sexual problems.

He was having sex more often than I was, and I had a problem with it.

That's my pat answer, I've used it here before and it always gets a giggle. But it really is true, we split over his infidelity.

He's now on wife number 3, with whom he produced a child while married to wife number 2. I'm not so much amazed that his behavior hasn't changed as I am that he can still find a sperm receptacle to impregnate.

The most dramatic reason for divorce from what I see on here is the cheating issue. Money (or lack of it) is another reason that people argue and tend to end it with a divorce. Trust issues and lack of commitment are by far the most used divorce reasons although for the most part a reason isn't needed anymore in order to get a divorce.

The same amount of women as men have been divorced in the United States....go to the national census for actual numbers. Also, causes of divorce are anything and everything: money, sex, other people, environment, etc.

Over the whole course of American history, probably hundreds of thousands. Your question is too open ended to answer. There are many causes, but personal experience says incompatibility.

You must mean "Divorce".

Approx. 50% of the people who marry end up divorced, in the USA. Some states have higher divorce rates than others.

Major causes of divorce are the same as they are anywhere.
