budew evolve?

how do u get a budew to evolve? i know its happiness and daytime but how do u make it happy? mines level 19.

budew evlolves at lvl 20. it doesnt have to like you at all. if its a girl, it'll evolve into wormadam and if its a boy, it'll evolve into mothim
