Yeah, I avoided it because what you stated doesn't even make any sense.

I think what you're trying to ask is 'Why is the sky above us always the same, and why do we never see the stars that are on the other side of the Earth?'

The Earth rotates along a specific axis. If you spin a globe, the Northern Hemisphere of the globe will always point towards the ceiling. It is always 'right-side up.' The actual Earth works the same way; it never turns over to let us see the stars that are 'below' us.

And as to your last statement, to avoid means to stay away from. A better way to phrase it would be 'Can you clear up my confusion?'

Well, the Earth is opaque, so you can't see through it. People on the other side of the Earth can of course see that part of the sky, but not yours.

B/c the earth is solid and you can't see through it. And if you are on the south pole, you could see the sky below the earth.

I assume you mean "...but *not* the sky..." Unfortunately, that adjustment doesn't clarify your question. Not one bit.

You might also ask something like "Why can you drink lemonade but the monster under your bed has a wooden leg?"

Sorry, no. I cannot avoid your confusion. I was drawn in like a moth to a flame.
