yeah its better. u need 20 extra lvls to use it from rune. so, it'd say its 20 lvls better i guess

it is marginally better as a woodcut axe and definately worth it if your a fletcher -but as a combat weapon i wouldn't reccomend either one they have a realively slow attack speed and if you die the d-axe is pretty big loss-- i'd go with something like a scimitar or an abby whip
