I have installed a bamboo privacy fence, but you can still see through it. Is there some type of mesh or other material I can install on the back of the fence to create total privacy and eliminate the ability to see through it?

you can erect a privacy fence Or if you want to keep your landscaping nice You can add up rights to your fence with lines going across. Plant Morning glories, ivy or other vine at the base of the fence and within a year they will have taken over the entire fence line thus effectively blocking the view from your neighbors. Morning glories and Moon Flowers are lovely.

Theres a fabric used as a windbreak that you could add or how about planting some real bamboo in a stategic place it will quickly make a good screen if you chose the correct variety.........I suggest the arrow bamboo.
