yes acdc have just announace that they will be going back as a band , and that they are going to make an album and they are hopeing for it to be realesed sometime in late october 2007, no acdc are not performing live live , as they are concentrating on this new album

No there are not. They are however coming out with a new album and a tour will follow the album

At the moment, they are supposedly working on a new album, but I'm sure they'll be "performing" live at some point in the near future.

they are workin on a new album, and they still play live, but not very often. its just like the rolling stones.
