which president was good administrate the US. I know Clinton make the economy better than the other presidents from past terms. But Bush is not successful as Clinton. What do you think?

The economy was not very good under Clinton. He did get the deficit down to a nice level but unemployment was higher than it is now. Home ownership is way up now compared to in the Clinton years. The Stock market is thriving now and has actually hit an all time high within the last week. I don't give credit or blame for the economy to the president alone, there are many things (such as interest rates, overseas markets, oil prices, wars) that contribute to our economy and while the president has some effect on them he can't control every thing.Tax cuts free up money for citizens and businesses and allows them to purchase more goods and services which in turn helps grow the economy.

Clinton took on a thriving economy and drained every last drop of public opinion he could from it. Ending up in recession... Remember ?
Bush not as successful as Clinton? How do you define Success (to use a bad comparative) ? He does not rely on strict daily interpretations of opinion polls to steer his administration.
I guess I would have to say, if he had a news media that hated him so much, even Slick Willy could not overcome such a drop in opinion polls.

I think Clinton was a better diplomat. Geez, I think my grandfather after a bottle of whiskey was a better diplomat than Bush. Bush was supposed to be for fiscal conservativeness. That never panned out. He was supposed to make us safer, that too never worked. We have more enemies in the world today because of his politics. His cronyism hasn't made us any safer either. "Your doing a heck of a job, Brownie." Clinton could have done better in a lot of areas too. We all can. At least with Clinton we didn't have the world hoping to watch our country fall apart.

I liked Bubba. Now I lnow that having sex with an intern is a thousand times worse the doubling the debt and lying to start a war when you've already got a perfectly good one going. Even worse than trashing the Constitution, which the Republic has somehow gotten along fine with for 224 years.
But, if it would bring back Peace, General Prosperity and Budget Surpluses--I'd support legislation to create a post for an Official White House C---ks------r!

I didn't like Clinton, and never voted for him.
I REALLY don't like Dubya, and never voted for him - and in fact, registered (as an independent) and voted (not for Kerry - who I didn't like either, but against Dubya) in '04.
Elections generally come down to the lesser of two evils (well, at least they did until Diebold came along).

I promised myself I wouldn't bash GW tonight. The economy is not what it once was....Take a look at what the national trade deficit is and you tell me how buzzing our economy is.

Clinton inherited a thriving economy and left it in a recession.
Bush inherited Clinton/Gore recession and built an economy that has surpassed the best Clinton did in number of jobs, GDP, personal income.
