Bit Torrent, iTunes, Napster, Limewire, etc etc. You'll need something to download the MP3's at. Or the oldschool IRC.

Technically you can download any file if it is setup on the website as a download link (i.e. downloadme). If you are asking for a way to download from a P2P network without a client, that won't be possible as the underlying technology is downloading and reassembling the content from multiple locations.

right click on the mp3's link
then Save Target As
