I don't think any legitimate store sells that crap. It doesn't work and can damage your stomach. There's a lot of money to be made in the fake pill business, but it's more likely to be an e-mail scammer than a real store like Walmart raking in the cash from gullible men.
The good news is that you don't need to be any bigger than what nature gave you! Women just don't care. And most guys are not as big as they say they are. If you can pee through it, it's big enough.

Naw man, and those pills don't work anyway. Check out Mistermanpower.com for some natural alternatives to that. They work way better
