If I'm not mistaking that means change in your personal life... It doesn't mean your parents are gonna die, don't worry. Family members are usually symbols of yourself.
If your parents are already dead when you dreamt about them, maybe you need to let something go - their memory, maybe? You need to move on... Or, if they were giving you love and warmth, maybe that's something you feel the need to have in real life.
