Send the Philadelphia police to their homes and make them wait for the criminals to attack them there. For police to go to other people's homes to protect them from criminals is interventionist, imperialistic, and also a form of colonial style occupation.

Actually, GOP candidates can use that as a law-enforcement issue and say that they can fight the crime if they got into office.
Why?
A majority of these big cities with an overwhelming amount crime are run by Democrats.

Yes cut all funding to the gang enforcement units and dea operations and let people sell and use drugs as they wish without interference and the crime rate will drop . Let them open a flee market with all manner of goods related to drug use and the drugs themselves and collect some taxes from it .
