If you have a cell phone that is quad band with a phone chip and its unlocked phone I would just get a phone chip from one of the cell phone companies here. There is vodaphone which i think is the best or tim, 3 or wind. If not just get a phone card in france from the local stores. Ifyou get a usa calling card they rip you off and are very hard use because you cant use a 1800 number outside the country.
