for further details please call the airtel and ask if someone has called and troubled on u on ur mobile
but i think it should be kerala or hyderabad airtel mobiles only

I know that it is a mobile no. of IDEA cellular limited and of northern India somewhere in UP or Haryana becoz UP has cellular nos. of IDEA starting from 9927

Which country are you in ? Did not find any area code starting with 990 in any of the area code finders in USA.
BTW, to my knowledge Area code is only three digits..is it not ?
