It just doesn;t appeal to me. If you enjoy it, then good for you, but it doesn;t click with me

In the words of my friend "it's an anime about TENNIS for gawds sake". They don't necessarily like tennis in real life and don't want to give it a shot.
Personally, it's now my favorite anime, and I'm somewhat obsessed. :D But, when I first saw the commercials for it on cartoon network, I have to admit, what my friend said is exactly what I thought, so it took me a lot longer to start it then it should have. To be honest, I wouldn't have even started for that matter if it hadn't had "Prince" in the title (I'm a real sucker for that).

sry son I am still watching hajime no ippo. Afterwards, I will finish Prince of Tennis (only up to episode 10 right now). But, I can figure out that Echizen Ryoma will never lose a match unles he is playing his father.
MY one question is will Echizen RYoma end up with that girl he met in episode one or will he become like his daddy? I will post it

well i do really like prince of tennis but i think the story line is pretty weak which is sad :( every episode is just a different tennis match. not much backbone too it. it is very monotonious. with saying all that i do really enjoy it but then again there isnt too many anime i dont like LOL

I like prince of tennis. But on youtube it ended at ep176. It never really occured to me to ask questions about it. I usually ask questions about Bionicle. But nobody takes me seriously and gives me crappy answers. Please people don't answer if ur not going to give me an answer that helps me

Probably because it isn't as popular in the US as it is in Japan. It's still on-going in Japan (I recently saw several episodes on Japanese TV). But it's getting a little NON-realistic. Now they have, like, super serves with fire and lightning and stuff. I feel as if I'm now watching a fictional anime instead of a sports anime.

There's not a lot of interest in it - not like Naruto, Bleach, and Blood+ to name a few...
