E-mail and fwd's. YA keeps me glued at times to the computer chair! It is an enjoyable outlet for me to unwind and/or vent. Best of all, I have made some new friends.

take a jog, then watch TV. that was my night time routine.......i like this better. i work out on the weekends now. :o) do you think i have a problem if i develop my routine around yahoo answers hahaha.... :o) it's sick!
