Omg, I am totally being serious here, before I got married, I dated this one guy and he said that I was like a Black Widow Spider who leads men in and then kills them!!! I could not believe what he said, he also said I was a Sucubus, who sucks the life out of the men. Lord only knows what a Sucubus is.............I ended the relationship, he was cheating on me and got another woman pregnant, and I got tired of being compared to insects and what ever lives in the sea.
I guess when he calls you a minx, take it as a compliment, you are smooth cool,and beautiful, and you know what you want!!!!!

If it is "Nimble little minx." it means you are hot.
It's a line from a movie, but I can't recall which one.
The context is, you go to a place where there are exotic dancers. This girl is going to town, all wild and crazy.
you go to your friend, and say, "Look at her, Nimble little minx, isn't she?"
It's a kind of admiration, kind of she's so hot. At least that's how it was with the Navy guys I knew.
