When I'm coming from work, I nearly always underestimate that time it's going to take me to get everything locked up (we have to have nearly everything under lock and key), finish up instructions with my boss, get down the stairs and out of the building. Therefore I nearly always get to my appointments without a moment to spare, and sometimes a couple of minutes late. Story of my life, but I was even a ten-month baby!

i dont arrive on the dot b/c there might be a time where id go in early, but i go in bout less than 5 mins early so i dont have to wait forever!

i try to get to an appointment at least 15 minutes early. we schedule our appointments as early as possible for everything. my daughter's orthodontist appointments are usually on mondays at 7am and that's 25 minutes away from our house. i don't like to "wait" the whole day for an appointment.
