I'm active with community theatre, and the local swing & blues dancing community (I also take ballroom lessons with my boyfriend). I also enjoy reading, cooking, and board games. Many of our friends are game designers and enthusiasts; we get together with them at least once a week.

I love crafting! I haven't tackled scrap-booking, but I do love the look. I made a collage picture yesterday, with the scrap-book page look, that I framed. I also enjoy making jewelry ~ my most recent being a bracelet made with memory wire. Would upkeep on the home be considered a hobby? Because there is a lot of that going on here, too! We just completed finishing a room in the unfinished basement for our oldest daughter to have her own bedroom. . . And now I've decided to make another area into my craft room! (I'm so excited ~ but I might have to complete some of the more 'necessary' spaces, first) I play Bunco every month, and am involved in MOPS (mother's of pre-schoolers). Is talking on the phone a hobby, or an addiction? =) I've tried to make yard-work a hobby, but it seems more like a chore. . .

I enjoy reading, going out to various restaurants and I've just started making beaded jewellery (which is proving to be very expensive but great fun).

Read (far too much!), cross-stitch, bake cakes, cook, watch films. Makes me sound like a real nerd (but, then, I suppose I am...).
