Soy is in everything, look on the back of most sauces and pre-packaged foods. it does something bad to your hormones and has its own hormones in it. cut it out of your diet completely and see what happens. check out these links..

I completely agree with what you have posted. I just wanted to add one thing. Many women who don't ovulate on their own have found success using soy. If you take soy isoflavones early in your cycle for 5 days it will often induce ovulation. It is used like Clomid and often has better results.

If you abuse of soy products you might increase the levle of estrogens and this would work on your body like taking the pill.
As far as I know, this is a serious problem only if you really eat a lot of soy, though
