i sometimes over use saying "i love you" but when i say it I MEAN IT . theres a difference between "i love you" and "i'm IN love with you".

It depends on who says it and what's the situation, in my opinion. But I must say that I mean it 99% of the time.

About 80% of the time I mean it. The other 20% is to stop someone from harrassing the hell out of me!!!!

personally I mean it when I say it , to say it but not mean it only leads to people getting hurt. Honesty where love is concerned is the best policy.

I say it a lot to my man, but I do mean it.. I dont say it in like every sentance, but fairly frequently..
HE says it to me too a lot..
I think when you get more involved with someone, you tend to say it as a habit..i.e when you have a phone call, say bye, i love you... It has different meanings for people though..
