Yes it is tacky and sometimes cheap..especially on men....(like Del Boy)

Yes it's tacky. The whole concept of bling is tacky - bling and elegant are the two ends of the spectrum.

It is quite tacky to be wearing too much jewelry... Specially for a guy... The best jewelry for guys... an expensive watch and a wedding band...
For girls...well let's just put it this way... Wearing less says more about the person....

Well my boyfriend doesn't like all the bling bling hanging in the neck all heavyy... and a bunch just one is finee... he says... I dont really wear that much jewelry but i love earings... and i only wear one ring in my hand.. thats about it... because my boyfriend doesnt like to see me with a ring in each finger is wayyy overr the top... he says" girls are better when they're all in natural beauty" ohh well i still like bling bling in some celebrityies looks nice... haha :)

I , personally, am not into bling at all. I like discreet jewelry. However, most people look great with bling. Depends on the outfit and the occasion.

a lot depends on where you wear it to. You'd sure look tacky to do so when going to the beach or just for a walk in the park. Also, depends on the kinda jewelry - gold, silver or diamond? Too much diamonds may imply one is flaunting

I think it looks tacky. Especially if the jewelry is large and yellow gold, or has huge rocks on it.
