Affirmations are so important to mellow the spirit.
Here's an example of one:
"I promise: to try not to lose my temper.
To take as much crap as I can without losing my mind.
To do the right thing in spite of the idiots surrounding me on all sides.
To be careful when i smash them in the face, not to take out TOO many teeth out."
Sorry about that last one, I guess I'm still a little upset. I guess my affirmation needs a little work!

Sort of,I have to do it the night before no brain activity in the morning. I will now add that to my nightly list of to dos.
