Either pear and gorgonzola or goats cheese and pine nut mezzelina with loads and loads of unsalted butter, black pepper, sea salt and parmesan. What you're having sounds good, what I could really go for is goat curry, rice and peas and plantain though (washed down with sarsparilla).
