How much truth lies in it? regarding the facts about art history, science, religion etc??????

I assume you mean "Da Vinci Code", he has written several best sellers. I think there is a great deal of truth and some fiction, the important lesson is Christianity was changed substantially by the Consul of Nicosia, and is not in a form that Christ would even recognize.
