Well, perhaps it's a case of the grass is always greener, but I think I'd prefer to be British. I'm quite an anglophile. I am, however, a Pennsylvania Dutch American. (That's really German; the neighboring English called the Germans "Dutch" because that's what "German" sounds like in English.)

The British islands are pretty small. If I'm gonna be stuch on an island, i'd rather be stuck on one full of beautiful, kind girls like the Philippines.
The trout fishing is weak in the British isles...
I'll stick with the USA..... and I'll take just one of those beautiful filipinas... You!!!

I don't know too much about the British people, but the only reason why I like America is because of the Hip Hop, rap, & R&B music.

Hey, Auntb93, I'm British, we can trade if you like? In my experience Americans are just nicer than Bristish people.
And I think Pensylvanian Dutch comes from not wanting to be associted to Germany during the war? I could be wrong.
