Its inspiration and information about the very minds that have made millions .
Creating a dependency on the government with give aways rather then self reliance is whats got this country so messed up .

Here's your philosophical divide. Carter and Clinton are acting in a REPUBLICAN manner. They aren't using government funds to do what needs to be done. They are in fact they are keeping government out of it. That is what Republicans do. Republicans what things taken care of at the lowest level and outside government if possible. Democarts want everything taken care of from and by Washington DC.
If they owned and rode horses before they were President why should they stop after they were President? And since you mentioned Clinton his library looks like a single wide trailer home made on a larger scale.
