Mckenzie, The Pew Research Centre does regular polls of world opinions of the US. I'm not going to paste them all but you can find them here:

They are wrong.
We don't govern based on polls. This is America, not American Idol.

Well, Iran right now can't really do anything, while the US has thousands of nuclear warheads, a huge army, and an insane leader.
Before the invasion of Iraq, there was some evidence that Iran was going to become more liberated from its religious dogma, and the younger, more liberal minded youth would take over. Now, because of our invasion, the exact opposite as happened.
Terrorism is worse now than was before.
So, in this sense, in our bumbling and inept president, we are a greater threat to peace than Iran. More by mistake than design. I mean, if we had paid off our debt, as Clinton was likely to do - at least make some headway there. Then we would not be so reliant on the Chinese. If we paid more attention to Isreal, then Isreal may not have been so militant and things there might be more peaceful. If we took out our troops from Saudia Arabia, 9/11 may not have happened. If we negotiated with North Korea, Iran and Iraq, those countries could have become more peaceful instead of more militant. If we didn't build that stupid anti-balastic system, then Putin would still like us, which means we wouldn't have to cosy up to dictators in Ubekistan.
And then what about our C02? We release the most greenhouse gas of the entire planet. That in itself is pretty dangerous.

So what is the problem we are now set to talk to Iran.
Was it the US who threaten to wipe a nation off the map?
Just because people says something doesn't make it true.
At one time the majority thought the world is flat.
Guess what 1 guy say NOPE.
When the world love us is when 9/11 was being plan against us.
I wonder where they took those polls in heavy Muslim neighborhoods?

Well, fine. The next time there is a typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, famine, or some other disaster where large quantities of aid are needed quickly, why doesn't everyone call Iran. No wait, you'll still be whining for US help. Maybe we SHOULD just say f*** you the next few disasters.

The US Does not condone the rape of children like Iran does.
That puts us way ahead on the morality scale. Iran is the big Satan.

Son, neither of those are polls. They are opinion pieces based on the polls.
Those of us with a greater than elementary school education will wait for you to post the polls before giving our opinion.
Picking and choosing things from the poll doesn't prove much of anything.

Polls are created to come out with specific outcomes by the pollsters. I give them zero credence. :)

I hope the world can hang in and give us a chance to make up for the Bush administration, and not judge us by their actions.
