More details!!! What kind of place is it, price range youre looking for, etc.!!!
I personally like it when the waiters wear all black. I also like it when you have black napkins because that way you dont get white lint all over your clothes.
Some menu ideas:
Appetizers: Spinich Artichoke Dip, Bacon wrapped shrimp, calamari
Entree: Stuffed chicken with goat cheese and roasted red peppers, petite filet with peppercorn sauce, cedar plank roasted salmon, cajun chicken pasta
and for desserts you gotta put some creme brulee on there! YUM!

Calves liver and bacon with nice gravy, and some fries. Or eels feet and cabbage. And the waiter can wear whatever he likes as long as nothing dangles in my dinner!

Crab with clarified butter and fondue with green apples and fresh sourdough bread. spinach salad. the server should wear black slacks and a white top...................ooooooooh!......and a raspberry beret!
