Plate a chips please?

You got that plate a chips, do you grab the red or brown sauce?

.Yep and boy do I like chips and Russians.

Here we go;
I grab the red stuff in South Africa it is called Tomato Sauce;
This sauce go on top of the chips with vinegar;
Then to go with my Russian is try this for all sausages some sugar (3 tablespoons) and some brown sauce on top and then you dip your sausage into that mixture. Out of this world. Try it and let me know. The recipe I got from somebody that I use to know.
By the way my chips must be crispy chips with lots of vinegar

H.P. sauce every time, tomato sauce is too sweet and to be honest I always think it is a bit common although my partner in her own words thinks that my liking for H.P. sauce is common. My partner has just stated that she would have mayonnaise with her chips (how very Belgian) and if we were having Moules Frites then I would have to agree but Fish and Chips it has to be H.P. (never generic or Daddies though as they always have a rough vinegary taste not the subtle tamarind flavour of H.P.).
