All of the time, as a child. I would wear them on my head.
My dad would get angry because "boys did not do that".
I forgive him.

Yes, and wore them around our head, around our neck and wrapped around our bodies. Although strictly speaking they weren't daisy chains as we just used the weed flowers for them. Mum showed me and I showed my kids how to. Good times, those.

i went in the church garden
and collected little flowers
i think they were daisys
looked like them
i sat on the grass
and got grass strained
trying to make a daisy chain
but it broke
