a landlord can always move to evict for non payment of rent, once the eviction process starts the landlord can continue with the process and does not have to stop it unless you pay all monies owed

now not knowing how far along the road the eviction process is can not tell you how long you have, if their has been a court order then it will maybe be another 7 days before the sheriff kicks you out, but once the sheriff shows up at your door you will have to move that day
