I'm sure they're blackheads, so try getting some of the blackhead cleanser. If they don't go in about a week then maybe you could go and see your doctor.I'm sure its nothing serious though so don't worry about it!!!!!!!!!

Yes, those are most likely blackheads (clogged pores with dirt) Just use the astringent over the problem area. First wash your face with a good face wash (NOT body soap). Use warm-warm water (not hot). A hot cloth for a few minutes will help...You want to open the pores. Then use the cool or room temperature astringent (this will clean and close the pores back up).
Yes, some scars can be caused by blackheads.

Acne usually develops when the sebaceous glands and the lining of the hair follicle begin to work overtime, as they do in adolescence.
Normally, the lining of the hair follicle sheds cells that are carried to the surface of the skin by the sebum.
When the follicle is overworked and clogged, cells and sebum accumulate, forming a plug (comedo).

If the plug stays below the surface of the skin, it is called a "closed" comedo or whitehead.
If the plug enlarges and pops out of the duct, it is called an "open" comedo or blackhead because the top is dark.
This is not dirt and will not wash away.
The discoloration is due to the way light is absorbed by the skin cells within the opening.

Get a nonprescription acne medicine and apply regularly. Over-the-counter drugs containing sulfur, resorcinol, salicylic acid, and benzoyl peroxide, are all effective for treating mild acne.

• Use ordinary hygiene on affected areas, washing your face once or twice daily with your usual soap or cleanser. Deodorant soaps may be used, but they are of no particular value for acne.

• Do not scrub or use a loofa. Friction makes acne worse.

• Do not pick or squeeze. This may worsen scarring.

Sometimes we can get what my mom and I like to call beauty spots on our nose that can look a lot like blackheads and those are normal for some people.

For dealing with blackheads one way you can pop them if you must (because they can hurt when they create a head like the other kind of pimple called a white head) you can take a warm, wet face cloth to put over the area for a few minutes. Using the heat will help loosen the head up so you can try and take it out.

To prevent them, you can use products like Noxzema or Physoderm to help keep them to a minimum. The major drugstores often carry generics of both product lines.

Yes, scars can occur from pimples if one picks at them on a regular basis. With the Noxzema and Physoderm the thing I like about them is that they are the most gentle and won't dry out the skin the way an astrigent can sometimes do. Also, with Physoderm (and I think Noxzema does this as well) has two different kinds of products to help the skin depending on the kind of skin one has. One that is designed for regular type skin and others for very oily type skin as well.

yes, those are. i don't think that clean and clear could fix that problem.

Blackheads don't make scars on your face, but it makes your pores bigger.

I have a traditional treatment that really works. Use white part of the egg and put a cottonball in the liquid and put on your face for about 1 hour until it completely dry. After it, you can put it off. See the difference. Hope it helps :)

you can also get scars from blackheads, its best to wash your whole face, not parts of it, it'll spread out. just keep ya skin cleaned and close the pores. Hot water will open them, cold water will close

Yes, they sound like blackheads to me.
When I notice this on me I go get those nose strips, i cant remember what there called, but you put the strip on your nose and leave it there for like 15 min. peel the strip off and you can see all those nasty blackheads on it. It works SO WELL! It leaves my nose spotless! Try them, they really work!

I am so sorry that happened to you. A dermatologist can give you stronger medicine than any of our home remedies. The dermatologist can recommend ways to remove the scarring, too. Good luck.

these sound like open pores. use non greasy face cleansers and if this doesn't help and it is really that much a big deal, see you doc, pretty sure they can close them with something or other

they're either big pores or black heads. feel them, if they're bumpy then they're black heads and if they look holes and don't feel like anything they're big pores.
