Who hates wearing shoes or sandals?

I haven't actually gone barefooted, except around the house, since I was very young. I like wearing shoes just fine, but have a problem with strappy sandals. They always seem to either cut or rub my feet and I end up with blisters and cuts.

Another problem with sandals is that unless there is a piece that comes between the big toe and 2nd toe, to firmly hold the shoe in place, my feet slide forward, and my toes end up getting stubbed.

For me, sandals are just a bad experience all around. I see other people wearing them, and always wonder, "How do they stand them?" The stores seem to be full of them. They wouldn't stock them if they didn't have customers. It's called supply and demand..

Shoes do serve an important function--to protect the bottom of our feet. You never know when you might step on something pointy or "hot" from the sun. Besides, stores/restaurants have a policy of "No shoes, no shirt, no service."

I hate wearing shoes full stop, if I'm indoors I'm always bare foot. If I go out I wear sandals even in the winter! The only time you ever see me with shoes or boots is when its snowing, I hate having my feet closed in ;o)

I do prefer barefoot as it makes me feel free n comfortable. But while going out am bound to prefer shoes to safeguard my feet from dirt n debris.

well i like wear flip flops but once i get home the shoes r off and stay off untill i have to go out
