One more question...Do you think its a smart move for the giants to trade Barry Zito for Delmon Young?

If the Giants could unload Zito, yes, best thing that could happen to them. They are stacked with good young pitching. Both Lincecum and Cain look to be like future CY Young winners, Noah Lowry has been a more effective version of Zito. Plus, they still have other pitchers in their farm system that are consider MLB worthy. This would open up their pockets for much needed help in the offense department. They need a power hitter and a good pure hitter, The Giants really don't need Zito,
As to Zambrano, I think he will stay. The Cubs have a good core of players that will be kept together for a long time. Zamabrano has expressed his interest of staying in Chicago. It's to their best interest to keep Zambrano. He is a work horse and usually stays injury free. With out a doubt, he is the Ace of that club.

I believe Zambrano will stay with the Cubs and, yes, he is worth the money, he is one of the elite pitchers in MLB. It would not be a good move for the Giants to trade Zito for Young. Good left handed pitching is at a premium and if Zito can find his game, he is one of the better left handed pitchers.

Zambrano isn't going anywhere, the Cubbies are trying to make the playoffs
Good trade for the Giants, not so good for TB unless Zito is one of those pitchers who is great in the AL & sux in the NL

delmon young is worth way more than zito. zito is paid way too much and young is on his rookie contract which is a huge bargain before he goes for arbitration.
carlos will resign in chicago, especially if mark cuban can buy the team.

Zambrano will be going back to his home planet to pitch for the Mars Maniacs. He will go 5 - 8 before going berserk and breaking the ring off of Saturn.
