Freshly squeezed. It has some pulp in it, but it's mixed better than typical "store-bought" juice, where the pulp is added separately.

Well, I haven't used my juicer in a while, but it has a good pulp extractor, and the juice is clear, and I prefer it that way, though pulp is fibre and good for making you crap.

I don't really care one way or the other about the pulp. But I do prefer organic OJ, and not from concentrate.
