Put simply PLAN B. But Skinnyman is the only other one worth mentioning. The UK rap scene is so poor at the moment it embarassing, everyone thinks they're a gangster except the two I mentioned

For me Kano is the most talented UK artist out there although he doesn't have a new album out.....The next album I'll be getting will be Dizzee Rascal's or Wiley's

dizzie is one of the best, he's been around a good part of the uk urban music scene revival.....he's quite talented
check out the ,Mitchell Brothers, they are cool, not too grimey but have a unique style ( on the Streets Record Label )
