What is the Average amount in Dollars required for a Middle Class family of 4 people for a single month's expenses, Like Electricity Bill+Telephone Bill+Food etc.

Very hard question to answer. I live in an area where median home prices are $100,000. There are many places here with 3 - 4 times that as "median".
The same goes for electricity, phone, heat, Food etc. In my area $60,000 a year would be an "OK" income. The same in New York City would be around $110,000.

Well, the median household income is about $50k and taxes on that are probably about $10k, and since the typical family doesn't save anything, I'd say the yearly expenses are about $40k. That makes their typical monthly expenses about $3300, give or take $500 or so.
