You may never forget the time someone has hurt your heart, but over time the pain subsides. Life moves on and I think you move with it or you stagnate. As you move forward in life, other things and people attract your attention. Eventually you come to an understanding that what was lost was not meant to be. What is to be still lies ahead.

The key is to come to grip with your feelings, and try to find something else to occupy your time. If you are busy, it is so hard to think about a broken heart, and it helps to fight off depression.
