is "changing my number" a statement of moving on or am i running away?

if you have tried to get the person to NOT call you again or if you are afraid of that person calling you again - then changing your number is good option. IF you kept your number - you would know when the person was calling and just not answer or some phones can block the number all together. I guess the next question you would have to answer is; do you feel like you have to run away from this person? or are you stung enough to not answer the phone when the person calls?
