most definately - i know sometimes we dont want to obey - because we want to do things "ou" ay - but believe me - they know better then us - and in the long run, we will thank them for not letting us do "everything" we want..

if u talk to your parents, and they trust in you, chances are, they will not be too strict.
but if u do things like sneaking out, or not speaking to them and asking permission - they will be worse n worse . and you wont be able to go to the toilet until you get a green light

ok... so talk to your parents - about your problems, ask for advice - be friends wit hthem and they will be friends with u

;P

Do u know how difficult it is to set the rules, boundries, etc?First of all no one likes u for it, they give u dirty looks & role their eyes, talk back and break them for rebellion. Do u know Why parents do that, risk everyone's love and respect and take it all in stride (but cries in bed)? So the little darlings will have less conflicts in life, so they're better liked and accepted, so they'll do better on their jobs, so they'll GET jobs and so they'll be able to deserve a decent spouse and in turn, teach their kids to be decent.
Well, now u know....

Parents should teach their children boundaries and limits with their behaviour. It has been proven again and again that children feel safer when there are rules and policies that are to be followed and consequences along with them. These can be good or bad reinforcement. If there were not rules in society then anarchy would reign.
