I've suffered from depression for about the past 6 years. I tend to have periods where I feel completely fine, happy, life is great and have no real want or desire to take my medication...and I also have periods where no matter how wonderful my life is I'm constantly down and sad and cry at almost everything. Rollercoaster emotions here! Luckily as I'm getting older the periods seem to stretch out with more happiness and only a little bit of sadness every once in a while.

i think everyone goes through depression at some stage in their life.
the only difference is, people deal with it differently.

some cry it out - healthy way

and some keep it all in - unhealthy way...

i for one chose to cry it out when i need to, rather then building it up and getting more depressed by it.

ok.. so if ur upset - talk about it, cry it out and usually people get over it - hopefully

About an year or two before, I had some issues and was crying out of self-pity, but thanks to the grace of my spiritual Guru, I came out of all of that without any medication. He can help you also if you are interested, where ever you are, and free of cost.

yes i cry very often and unnecessarily in a movie sometimes and i do sleep a lot to avoid thinking about problems in my life that i need to resolve.
My stress came from my work, which i suppose that i dun happy with with unfair management, my family which i receive unfair treatment.
I'm trying to not getting involve in everything and thinking of talking to pshcologist now, what do u think?
