The person who is stalking is hilarious, really thinks he is bothering people and making some kind of statement.

Well you are only at level 2 and maybe not enough people know about you yet. I find the higher you go up in levels the more you get cos by then everyone is getting familiar with you and some then takes a spike against you for sweet nothings.

Imitation being the sincerest form of flattery, I regard it as quite a compliment. They probably copy because they admire your answers or take a big dislike to your politics.
Who cares, you can usually tell that they are imitators by the poor quality of their answers. If they had any confidence in their own answers they would want to create a separate identity.
The more you talk about it, the more they will do it.
