It's rare that any team make the Super Bowl two years in a row. Many think the Colts can't go back, but didn't every one think they would go the last 5 years? They are consistenly good and always have a better chance than most. They lost some defensive players this year, but didn't everyone say the defense sucks? Putting in Gonzalez for Stokley is going to be huge. Putting Clark on TE and having three receivers out there should be unstopable. So for the defense. Don't they have Mathis and Freeney? Bob Sanders and Kyle Hayden? There are so many other players that are great that didn't get a chance to play. If the defense sucked, why do a few missing players make it different for this year. I think the D will be better. Tony Ugoh is going to be a HUGE difference if you ask me and Manning is only getting better.

I just meant that all I hear is Pats, Ravens, Chargers, Saints, Bears, Seahawks, Broncos, and no Colts. What I read is that the Colts won't have a chance because of the defense. Just didn't agree.

heck yes
go colts
are offense will be SCARY good this year
We got Harrison, Wayne, and Gonzalez lined up as WRs, with D. Clark as a TE. So we're a threat to throw to any of those WRs as well as running a screen, draw, or running our stretch play to Addai.
Looks like Tony Ugoh and Charlie Johnson are gonna battle for the starting LT spot.

Their is only one running back left of the two that played a big part last year. Their defense is still horrible and I don't think lightning will strike two years in a row. The parity in the NFL is great and will most likely prevent the Colts from winning the Super Bowl again this year.

Yes the Colts can do it again.

Really, the only thing which concerns me is the retirement of Tarik Glenn. I would have liked to have a transition season to see if Ugoh was NFL quality.

The defense is always bad but the team has won 12 games per season 5 years in a row. They have lost better players in the past and it hasn't stopped them. Why should they be any different this year?

And for the guy who said "they barely won the damn thing this year" it might help if you actually watch the games! They were ONE PLAY (the Hobbes kickoff return) from completely blowing New England out of the stadium. They held the league's 2nd leading rusher to 32 yards. They ran right over the league's 2nd, 4th, and 5th top rushing defenses. They scored an average of 25 points per game against the league's 1st, 2nd, and 3rd best scoring defenses.

No... The barely won the damn thing last year.... Yeah they beat down the Bears in the super bowl, but the bears played in the inferior NFC. The top four teams in the AFC last year would've beat the Bears in the super bowl too.... Manning is a great QB, but he struggled in the play-offs last year like he's done so many other times before (I like the guy, but just look at the stats). Even though they got a pretty good team coming back this year I don't think that they will be able to get past the Patriots or the Chargers....

AFC-- Colts, Pats and Chargers. Ravens must be yet they only have not any offense. NFC. The NFC east is going to be warm back and tear each and each aside. Eagles and Cowboys will the two end at 10-6 and be the two premier communities followdd by the Bears. The Saints are a a million hit ask your self who stay magical this twelve months yet would be in simple terms ok next twelve months.

No they will not be able to. Their 2 back system got cut in half now that Rhodes is gone. Losing Tarik Glenn to retirement will absolutely hurt Peyton Manning big time! Cato June was a big part of the defense. So no I dont think the Colts will win the Super Bowl again. Also seeing as how they squeeked by a lot of opponents like the Jets, Texans and Titans.

Just about everyone thought they had a chance the last 5 years, so not really sure why you think everyone hates the colts. With the level of competition in the NFL, there are about 10 teams capable of winning the Superbowl, and it depends on injuries, morale, timing, and match ups in the playoffs as to who is going to win any given year. The colts are definitely one of those 10 teams.

no. i like the colts but Peyton won't be able to lead them to the playoffs and i think Peyton will have to retire soon because he is getting old.But he is still will be in the hall of fame and a all-time legend.

But i think the saints will win the super bowl because they still coming and getting better, with new players.

I don't agree either, everyone thought they were going to lose to the patriots last season. I think they certainly can repeat as champs.
