Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make fabric out of newspaper or magazines? Something sturdy? Thanks! :)

If you roll pages, news paper or magazines, you can then weave them.
So you create fabric, but it is very heavy fabric, just good for making baskets and bags.
Mostly the weaving is done in shape to avoid the need to sew.

If you want to make a coat of such out or magazine paper, overlap the pages so there are always 2 or 3 at any given place, stitch through them, long lines so the stitching has a change to grip, repeat this every inch (or 2,5 cm). Test, as I have not seen this in a long time and the memory is not very clear.
If you can get the paper to stay together, you can than cut pattern parts out of it.

Do this with magazines, not with newspaper pages, as they will tear more readily.

Mod Podge coated newspaper/magazines. Mod Podge all the pieces overlapping to make pieces large enough for patterns to be cut out. Seam binding on edges would allow stitching pieces together. Spray with clear coat to seal.

Hope this helps.
Brown bag paper has been used to make clothes. Soften paper up by wrinkling repeatedly until it is soft.

I don't think you can - have you seen any examples? The reason is that newspaper is made mainly of wood pulp and is just acidic mush. If it was for fancy dress, it might last an evening if you covered it with transparent sticky plastic. Hope you get a better answer from someone else.
