I had copied all of my mame roms from my old computer onto cd's and now I am trying to move the mame roms (that are zip archive files?) onto my new computer. When i open the archived files in win ace and export them to my game folder on my computer it showes all of the mame roms. But when i click on one of the roms to play the game it says it cant find a program to run the rom?.. is there some kind of emulator or something els i should be doing to make these games play? I havent ever actually got to play these games. please help if anyone has knowledge... i may even buy you a pizza! :)

If your roms are MAME roms you need the MAME emulator. You download and install MAME then place the roms in the roms folder in the emulators directory. ROMS ARE ZIPPED FILES AND TO REMAIN ZIPPED! DO NOT UNZIP ROMS KEP THEM ZIPPED!! PLACE ZIPPED ROMS IN THE ROMS FOLDER!!!
