Here is a guy who pushed for war in Iraq advocated for torture and a few other lovely things -
He has been one of the forces behind the Patriot act and has said things like the President needs to be able to operate more freely - without constitutional snags etc
Now he says he doesn't want to run (they all say that)
If another attack were to happen as Bush has told us "It is not behind us" Alquiada is getting stronger etc
Then the Presidential Directive 51 would come into effect
The "devolution of authority" would be left up to Homeland security -
There would be martial law in the US - (one emergency away)
So if American went to the polls - it would be with tanks and guns and soldiers and the whole process would be up to Homeland security -
Bush and Cheney's buddy
Would you vote for Cheney and would it matter if you did ?
Will Cheney be the next President of the US
Or do I just need to get a more fullfiulling job so I have less time

I would not vote for him, under any circumstances, but I do not believe that elections are on the up and up anymore, so how much would my vote really count? *sm*

Creepy thought. Ew.
I hope not, I think that Cheney was the reason that G.W.B. was elected into office in the first place, because of the ties he had with the Reagan Admin. But I think many people are kicking their own @$$es now that they realize what a corrupt, greedy, traitorous (CIA leak, anyone?), and cowardly ("I'm a supreme and separate entity from any part of government, because I don't want you to know what a bad guy I am") person he has turned out to be. Unfortunate.
If he becomes president I will cry...then move to Okinawa.

With the donkey Bush, Cheney already is the top brain and decision maker.
That, plus the power of leading the senate makes him the most powerful man in this country.

in all honesty americans shouldn't be able to run america. americans are to nationalistic to be able to make smart/fair decisions. being "all powerful" they think that their breed of politics should be instilled on the rest of the world.
p.s what is wrong with Kim Jong yu having Nukes. Bush has more than everyone else put together. Bush is a muppet, did you people think it was a good idea when you voted him in?

Democrats voted for the war too dont forget. And the war is a good thing because it got rid of Saddam and we now have 2 functioning democracies in the middle east.
Scaring people with dogs and putting underwear on their heads isnt torture. If it keeps America safer at night, DO IT! (short of reasonable ethical limits) but I bet if it were Clinton, youd have no problem with it!
Patriot act is good and needed.
Cheney has medical issues and has been in washington enough. If I were forced to endure what he has the last 8 years I wouldnt want to run either!
So martial law is just around the corner eh!? Do you actually stop and read the absurdities you write?
I wouldnt vote for him because he supports the gay agenda. He has a lesbian daughter and he made statements of disapproval over Bush signing the gay marriage ban.
