well, i have no idea. but you can go on imdb.com (internet movie database) search "hannah montana" click on episode list in the column on the left side of the page, then click on any episode that you think the could have said that quote and the click on memorable quotes also on the side of the page. if it's not there, and you checked everywhere, the members of the site probably didn't post it up.
