where is the fuel pump relay on a 1990 chevy 1500

it is located on the passenger side of the firewall right next to the relay block it will usually have 4-6 wires coming out of the bottom of it and will be attached by two bolts its relay will be on the other side of the relay block and will be attached with one bolt hope this helps

It's under the plastic cover that covers the right upper side of the firewall on the right or passenger side under the hood. All you have to do to remove the cover is turn off the three plastic nuts on the cover and it pulls right off. There is a power center and some fuses with the relay sitting there as well. Good luck.
