No one can really answer this question for you. You might.
Some males don't stop growing until they are 20 or 21, but many have already reached their adult height by 17 or 18.
Look at your family. How tall are your parents and grandparents? You are most likely to reach an adult height that is between your parents' heights, but this is not a sure thing. Ask your dad how old he was when he reached his adult height. You are likely to have a similar growth pattern to your fathers.
But, still, even with that information you will just have to wait and see.

Yes mate, you will keep growing to some degree till about 21, although it does slow down between 18 and 21. But you can keep growing up to about 25. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is released throughout your life, but from where you are born to around 23 years old it when the largest amounts are secreted.

maybe an inch or inch and a half, who knows maybe even two, but not likely, more likely 1 inch or half an inch
So you'll end up maybe 5'10
